The company conducts new employee onboarding training activities
In order to help new employees better familiarize themselves with the corporate culture and integrate into the new work and living environment more quickly, the company's Enterprise Management Department and Human Resources Department organized an onboarding training event for new employees at 14:00 on October 19th.
A total of 13 new employees participated in this training, which covered the company's development history, organizational structure, corporate culture, safety management, rules and regulations, compensation and benefits, and other content.
This training provided detailed explanations to new employees from multiple perspectives such as the company's development history, strategic mission, and cultural philosophy. At the same time, it focused on sharing the company's core values with everyone through practical work experience - "a culture of practicality: success without publicity" and "a culture of execution: prohibition, quick response, and immediate action". The Human Resources Department led everyone to learn the company's rules and regulations such as the Code of Conduct for Employees and the Attendance Management System, enabling new employees to fully understand the relevant work requirements and rules of the company.
