Jinzhou Metal Industry Trade Union 6S Field Management Written Examination Competition
The 6S on-site management written test competition organized by the Jinzhou Metal Industry Trade Union Federation was successfully held in Liaoning Xinhualong Dayou Molybdenum Industry from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on October 23.
A total of 12 units participated in this event, with the main examination venue located at CITIC Jinzhou Metal Co., Ltd. and the sub examination venue located at Liaoning Xinhua Longdayou Molybdenum Industry. There are 580 independent examiners and 117 centralized examiners. Among them, Dayou Factory has two examination halls, with exam papers A and B. The location for the 20 person exam in Volume A is located in the cafeteria, while the 30 person exam in Volume B is located in the conference room on the fourth floor. The exam adopts a centralized closed book exam, with two invigilators in each exam venue and supervised by comrades such as the chairman of the higher level union, Jia Ningchao.
In order to achieve better results, colleagues have made sufficient preparations, printed the question bank, and carefully memorized the questions. During the exam process, one can conscientiously abide by the discipline of the examination room, maintain silence, answer questions carefully, and submit papers on time. Mr. Li and Mr. Wang of Dayou Factory attach great importance to this exam, and Deputy General Manager Guo Shushan of the Comprehensive Department has carefully deployed various aspects such as exam site setting, banner production, exam venue layout, personnel arrangement, and exam management.
Through this exam, employees can further master the basic knowledge of 6S management while optimizing the work environment, improving work efficiency, ensuring normal production order and personal safety, and enhance the on-site management level and risk resistance ability of the factory. With the concerted efforts of various workshops and departments, the 6S on-site management exam was successfully concluded.
