1. The unit consumption of alkali exceeds the standard. In the next step of regulation, the focus will be on controlling leakage, preventing the generation of waste materials, and digesting existing waste materials.

2. Control of natural gas consumption in the second workshop of sodium sulfite. To make full use of roasting heat exchange, the ratio of roasting heat exchange and sodium natural gas heating should be reasonably matched, and the combustion chamber and heating air duct should be renovated to fully utilize heat exchange.

3. Sodium sulfite workshop 2 fully uses pure alkali for neutralization. At present, sodium sulfite workshop 2 cannot use a large amount of pure alkali, and the key is in the neutralization process. The next step is to renovate the alkali dissolving tank, neutralization tank, and pipeline, and install corresponding facilities, so that the neutralization of pure alkali can be fully used.

4. Improvement and stability of taste. In response to the problem of low grade in July and August, targeted solutions will be taken to address the impact of production equipment, processes, and operating procedures on grade. The content of free alkali and sodium sulfate will be strictly controlled to ensure that the grade reaches over 85% during continuous operation.

5. Problems with the absorption tower and pipelines in the second workshop of sodium sulfite. Focus on effective regulation, as a factor affecting normal operation, achieve monitoring during operation, check the system every week, and do a good job of production tracking.

6. Renovation of the absorption tower on the west line of the second sodium sulfite workshop. Due to the erosion and corrosion of the original ceramic tiles, as well as the inability to absorb debris blocking the nozzle, the renovation will begin in November and it is planned to take 40 days to complete the po anti-corrosion.
