Practicing Internal Skills and Strengthening Basic Management Work
On July 6th, General Manager Xu Lijun led senior executives in the company to conduct an in-depth inspection of the basic management work of Tianqiao New Materials and Dayou Molybdenum Industry. The focus of this inspection is on on-site management, equipment management, material management, production process control, safety management, and labor protection.
During the inspection, the inspection team generally reported that the basic management work of the two units has greatly improved and improved compared to 2016. In terms of on-site management, production process control, and labor protection, we have basically achieved neat items, clean floors, and complete production safety records. But in terms of material management, equipment management, and safety management, there is still a significant gap from the company's management requirements, and there is still a lot of room for improvement.
In the inspection of the three workshops of Tianqiao New Materials Chemical, Powder Making, and Products, the chemical workshop was rated as an excellent workshop for basic management work in this inspection. The powder making workshop did poorly in material management, employee labor protection, and other aspects, and was recognized as a workshop with poor basic management work.
In the inspection of the three branches of Dayou Molybdenum Industry, namely roasting, smelting, and sodium sulfite, the five workshops of the roasting branch were rated as excellent workshops for basic management work in this inspection. The sodium sulfite branch did poorly in on-site management, equipment management, and other aspects, and was recognized as a workshop with poor basic management work.
According to the "Notice on Conducting Workshop Site Inspection" issued by the company on July 6th, rewards will be given to the two workshops that were rated as excellent in basic management work during this inspection, with a reward of 2000 yuan for the Tianqiao New Materials Chemical Workshop and 1000 yuan for the Five Workshops of Dayou Molybdenum Baking Branch.
As the main factories of the company, Dayou Molybdenum Industry and Tianqiao New Materials hope to continue to strengthen the basic management work of the unit after this inspection, and constantly strive for a qualitative improvement, especially in safety production management, equipment management, and material management. Although Xisha Degai Mine did not participate in the inspection and evaluation during this inspection, the mine needs to do a good job in self inspection and basic management work such as safety production management and equipment management. In 2017, all units of the company strive to submit a satisfactory answer sheet to the company in basic management work!
