The comprehensive acceptance of the online monitoring project in Dayou Molybdenum Industry's sodium sulfite workshop 1 is qualified
On the morning of April 28, 2017, an expert group composed of Jinzhou and Linghai Municipal Environmental Protection Bureaus and the Environmental Monitoring Center conducted on-site audit and acceptance of the online monitoring system project of Dayou Molybdenum Sodium I Workshop, which passed the one-time monitoring.
Our company is a professional production enterprise of ferromolybdenum, with products of ferromolybdenum and molybdenum oxide. In 2016, the company invested more than 10 million yuan to optimize, upgrade, and renovate the sodium sulfite workshop, and installed an online monitoring system. The system can continuously and automatically monitor the sulfur dioxide, smoke and dust emitted by the roasting flue gas of our company. Through networking with the Jinzhou Environmental Protection Bureau, it can grasp the emission of the roasting tail gas of the enterprise's Rotary kiln in real time.
In order to ensure clean and environmentally friendly production and ensure absorption efficiency, Dayou Molybdenum Industry has taken the following measures in the upgrading and renovation of the sodium sulfite workshop:
1. Change the unified suspension to independent suspension, gradually increasing the alkaline ratio.
2. Stable production equipment operation.
3. Balanced process control.
4. Paired with the use of soda ash, it solves the problem of water balance in the system.
The comprehensive upgraded Yayi online monitoring project has obvious absorption effect on the roasting tail gas of Rotary kiln. The sulfur dioxide tail gas content is less than 100 mg/m3, better than the national standard of 850 mg/m3, which was fully affirmed by the acceptance expert group.
