In September 2021, the company launched Phase I of the sulfuric acid plant, and in September 2023, it promptly commenced construction on Phase II, with cumulative investments exceeding RMB 300 million, dedicated to building a state-of-the-art, green‑and‑environmentally‑friendly facility. With the successful completion and commissioning of Phase II, the company has achieved a significant leap in production capacity, reaching its target of 70,000 tons per year of concentrated sulfuric acid. This milestone not only substantially enhances resource utilization but also marks a major breakthrough in environmental performance: SO₂ emissions have been consistently maintained at or below 30 ppm, completely phasing out the outdated sodium sulfite process.
