Dayou Molybdenum Industry Holds 6S Management Special Training

On the afternoon of May 18th, Dayou Molybdenum Industry successfully organized a 6S management special training in the conference room. This training invited Tian Feng, the manager of the enterprise management department of the group company, as the keynote speaker. More than 30 workshop managers, management personnel, team leaders, and others from the factory participated in the training.

At the training meeting, Manager Tian started from three aspects: "What is 6S management? Why should 6S management be done", "How to do a good job in team 6S management", and "The effectiveness of 6S management". Based on the actual situation of the factory, he explained to the attendees in a simple and understandable way. When discussing the section on "How to do a good job in team 6S management", Manager Tian emphasized that the team leader is the vanguard of factory production and plays an important role in connecting the past and the future in workshop production management. The team leader should pay sufficient attention to 6S management work.

During the training, a large number of on-site workshop case images were cited, and through comparison, the attendees were able to firsthand experience the importance and necessity of 6S management in workshop production work. The participants in the training were taking notes carefully, and the on-site learning atmosphere was rich.

Through this training, the understanding of workshop managers and team leaders on on-site 6S management in the workshop has been further improved, making up for the shortcomings in management. Participants have expressed that they will combine the essence of 6S management with actual work to better manage the workshop, enhance employees' sense of belonging and honor, and ensure the efficient operation of the company.
